We are connected to our users through the agency model (outlet shops) that offer the bill payment services. Hallopay, through the sales department, sells, markets and on boards Hallopay branded agents across the country who in turn offer the bill payment services.

Become An Agent

Requirements for joining Hallopay Agency

• Copy of national ID card.
• An active Safaricom number (for float top-ups).
• Email address.
• Business name.
• Business location.
• 3,000 Ksh non-refundable charge (for account and POS management).

Submit all the details required and confirm the availability at the provided location. A member of our technical team will come to the shop on the agreed date and time to set up at the agent shop.
After setting up the POS for operation, they'll train the agent and do branding on the shop so customers can identify them as Hallopay agents. The agent is now ready to offer fast payment solutions to customers.
